We hope you love your purchase; however, we understand that returns are sometimes needed. We will accept returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise that is in original/sellable condition. All original tags must be attached, and items must be free from stains, perfume, smoke, and deodorant. Shoes must be returned in their original box with all original packing material.
Item(s) may be returned for store credit only. No refunds are issued on any purchase. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-giftcard, and emailed to the account provided on your order.
We are not able to offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Returns must be postmarked back to us within 14 days from the date items are shipped. Items postmarked after the 14 day period will not be accepted for a return.
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale Items-Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more. Items ending in $0.99.
- Accessories (Belts, Hats, Etc.)
- Seasonal Items (Items specific to a holiday or season)
If you meet the above criteria and wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log into your customer account and select "My orders."
- From there, you will select the order from which you are returning items by clicking "View."
- Select the "Return Item(s)" button.
- Fill out your return request form and we will be notified that you are requesting a return.
- Select your Return Reason and Return Action (Store Credit).
- You will receive a response letting you know if your return request is pending or rejected. Southern Accents Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the stated criteria.
Once your return request has been marked as "pending", you may ship your item(s) back using the service of your choice. We highly recommend using a service that will provide a tracking number. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return, and have ensured that items meet the return criteria, your return will be marked as "authorized" and the store credit will be issued. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-giftcard, and emailed to the account provided on your order.

**Holiday Return Policy**
Gifts purchased from November 28th to December 24th may be returned until January 8th for exchange or store credit. No gift returns will be accepted after January 8th, unless the purchase falls within our regular 14-day return period. Exclusions still apply.
Damaged/Defective Items or Incorrect Orders
All items are thoroughly inspected for damages or defects before being packed and shipped. We also check and double check each order to make sure all items are included in your shipment, but we know that mistakes can be made.
- Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment and within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

In Store Returns
Merchandise may be returned in store within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange ONLY. Copy of receipt is required. The same criteria as stated above will apply.
